Jessika started practicing yoga in university and was instantly hooked. She saw yoga as an activity to ease her mind while getting in a full body workout. Jessika has a passion for health and wellness and became a yoga instructor so she could share that passion with others. With training in Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Jessika’s classes focus on building strength while simultaneously allowing breath to open and release tension in the body. She is excited to watch students grow through their practice, expand their knowledge and feel joyful from the inside out.
