- Sign up for you class through our website as normal at least 15 minutes before the class begins.
- Once you have signed up you will receive a confirmation email with a URL link for ZOOM ( make sure you receive emails to the device you will be streaming from)
- Click this URL a few minutes before class starts.
- Meet us in class and enjoy !!!!!!
